Shipping/Exchange Policy

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed and your credit information is verified, your order will ship within 7 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided when you placed your order. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from the post office.

We ship all packages by USPS Priority Mail.

We DO NOT ship items to PO Boxes. We only ship within the Continental United States. All address information must be verified.

Express Shipping will be available in the near future.

We do not mail packages on holidays. We do not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.

Unavailable Stock Notice - If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date.
